These Gift Store Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the use of the gift store available at https://store.cpagetti.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Store) and are intended to increase user engagement on the https://cpagetti.com/ platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform).
Please read these Terms carefully to avoid any misunderstandings related to the accumulation and use of reward points.
Each Platform user earns reward points for traffic-related activities performed in their personal account. These points may later be exchanged for prizes available in the Store.
Points are awarded for confirmed traffic under offers that participate in promotional campaigns. Information about the number of points awarded and active promotions is available on the Platform on each offer's page. The Store and the Platform reserve the right to change the list of offers, campaign terms, and available promotions at any time.
To receive a prize, the User submits a request, and the required number of points is immediately deducted from the points balance. After that, the User's personal manager will contact the User using the contact details specified in the User's profile to clarify delivery details. A prize request may be canceled through the personal manager, in which case the deducted points will be refunded to the User's points balance.
Points displayed in the User's personal account and in the Store as an equivalent value of goods are not currency, not monetary funds in any form, and are not subject to exchange or transfer. Points represent an abstract value, and the number of points required for a particular prize is determined at the sole discretion of the Store administration.
If the User refuses to receive a prize or is unable to receive it at the specified address, the Store reserves the right, at its own discretion, to offer a monetary compensation instead.
In the event of detected fraud, the Store and the Platform reserve the right to deduct points obtained through dishonest means, in full or in part, at their discretion.
The Store does not guarantee the availability of prizes listed in its assortment. However, the Store administration will make reasonable efforts to ensure that information regarding available prizes is accurate and up to date. If a particular item is unavailable, the Store will make every effort to offer a suitable replacement or an equivalent prize.
Since the transfer of a prize does not constitute a purchase and sale transaction, warranty obligations are provided by the prize manufacturer. In the event of a warranty claim, Users are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.
Reward points are valid for two (2) years from the date of the most recent points accrual. After a period of two (2) years or more, on January 31, all accumulated points expire and are permanently removed from the User's personal account.
For the purposes of operating the Store, personal data of Users is processed. Personal data includes: full name, delivery address, contact details (phone number, email address), and payment details (if the Store decides to provide monetary compensation for a prize). Personal data may also be shared with third parties for the purposes of prize delivery or compensation payments.
This information is used solely for the operation of the reward points program, prize delivery, or compensation processing. By participating in promotions and exchanging points for prizes, the User confirms that they voluntarily provide the Store with the necessary personal data and consent to its collection and use.
If the User does not agree with the provision or use of their personal data, they may refrain from providing such data and decline participation in promotions and use of the Store. If personal data has already been provided and the User withdraws consent for its use, the User must notify the Store via the available feedback channels.
The Store takes reasonable measures to protect personal data to ensure confidentiality and security. The Store uses standard SSL encryption, access control technologies, and network security systems to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and policies.
